The company

Steven&Buck is a medium-sized electrical machine engineering company. We are proud of our craft, which has been cultivated by us for several generations, and of our know-how in maintaining, repairing and overhauling even the most modern electrical machines to a high standard. Steven&Buck employs around 30 people and generates annual revenue of more than €4 million.

Steven&Buck is family-owned and combines two long-established companies at the Krefeld and Tecklenburg locations.

Buck GmbH was founded in 1930 in Riga, Latvia, and was re-established in Tecklenburg after the war.
In 2021, the Sinculis Group acquired Buck GmbH from the founder’s.

Steven+Gröters GmbH in Krefeld was created in 2000 through the merger of Rudolf Steven, Düsseldorf, and Hans Gröters, Krefeld.
In 2022, the Sinculis Group acquired the company from the Steven couple, the founder’s son and daughter-in-law.
