Junior Strategic Marketing Manager

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a commercially-minded all-rounder who will actively drive sales, product marketing, and market development, while also acting as a sparring partner for the executive management.

Steven & Buck is a medium-sized electrical machinery manufacturer with locations in Krefeld and Tecklenburg. Since the acquisition by Sinculis Gruppe in 2022, we have been expanding our business in the railway vehicle and renewable energy markets.

Die Sinculis is an owner-managed group that currently comprises four medium-sized industrial service providers. One of them is Steven & BuckThe group's strategy is the acquisition and long-term development of specialized service providers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Market analysis and identification of German and European target customers
  • Target group-specific marketing of our services
  • Customer acquisition and support for major client projects
  • Preparation of quotations and operational implementation of sales projects
  • Management and development of existing customer relationships
  • Supporting the executive management with strategic and operational matters
  • Contributing to international business opportunities and customer inquiries

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable commercial qualification
  • Ability to quickly understand technical contexts and translate them into customer value
  • Initial professional experience in inside sales, customer service, logistics or a comparable interface function in an industrial environment or medium-sized company is desirable
  • Good English skills are an advantage
